One quarter, end to end.
Groundwork installs a proven operating method — with the tools, materials, and hands-on support to actually implement it. Not a binder, not a workshop: an operating system your team builds in its own language and learns to run itself.
Before Build starts, we set the table.
Sessions with you on who belongs on the leadership team and in which seat.
A two-page pre-read for the team.
A sixty-minute session where you deliver the why and I deliver the how.
A fifteen-minute baseline checkup each person completes on their own.
The three phases.
Build
Six two-hour working sessions with your leadership team, building the core tools around your company:
That plan is the tool the other tools serve. The seats, the numbers, and the priorities all get built to deliver it.
Run
I facilitate your weekly leadership meeting while the system tightens against real work:
As soon as someone on your team is ready for the chair, I start handing it over — and if no one’s ready yet, you’ll know early instead of at the end.
Integrate
Your first quarterly session:
Then you hand off.
I build the capacity you need while you integrate the tools into your business. Once you do, my work is done. The only question is when — and that depends on whether you’ve got someone ready to take the chair.
Graduate.
Your own facilitator runs the meeting. I check back at ninety days.
Continue.
We keep going by the quarter — rolling the weekly meeting out department by department, running your quarterly and annual planning, building out the second-in-command seat — until the system runs without me.
Bridge.
A light landing: monthly coaching for your facilitator, one meeting a month I still run, while the person growing into the chair gets there.
The question goes on the table in week six, by design, and gets decided at your first quarterly.
Every session should earn its place — any session that doesn’t deliver value isn’t paid for.
Groundwork, installed.
If your company has outgrown how it’s run, let’s talk. Fifteen minutes, no pitch — you tell me what’s happening, I’ll tell you honestly whether this is a fit.
